\n These General Terms and Conditions (\"Terms\") govern your access to and use of Ilakh's website at www.ilakh.com (the \"Site\"), including the purchase of products offered for sale (\"Products\"). Ilakh is a mainland UAE company, licensed by the Department of Economic Development (\"DED\") of Dubai, holding trade licence number 1440714, with its registered address at Office 37-1103, Jabal Ali, Jabal Ali First, Dubai, UAE (\"we\", \"us\", \"our\").

\n 3. Products, Authenticity and Limited Editions <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\n \n

\n 3.1 Each Product sold by Ilakh is a limited-edition, artistically designed collectible display box, individually numbered, containing:
\u2013 (a) a t-shirt, featuring a gold piece stitched onto the arm\/sleeve;
\u2013 (b) a collectible card; and
\u2013 (c) a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the Product's edition number and limited status.

3.2 Products are produced and sold in strictly limited quantities. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced or restocked, and we make no representation as to future availability of any design.

3.3 We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, materials, and pricing are accurate. Minor variations in colour, finish, printing, or in the placement, size, or finish of the gold piece may occur due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of the Products, and do not constitute a defect.

3.4 The Certificate of Authenticity accompanying each Product is issued solely by Ilakh and certifies the Product's authenticity and edition number; it does not constitute a manufacturer's warranty (see Section 8).

3.5 We reserve the right to limit quantities per Customer, discontinue any edition, or correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you and offer a full refund. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n 4.1 All prices are displayed in AED or USD (as selected by the Customer at checkout) and are inclusive of UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 We accept payment via credit\/debit card and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not store your full card details.

4.3 Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n 6.1 We deliver within the UAE and internationally to the countries listed at checkout, via FedEx.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may vary by destination country. Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery, except where mandatory consumer law in the destination country provides otherwise.

6.3 High-value luxury shipments require a signature upon delivery and may require identity verification and\/or proof of address, particularly for international orders, as part of our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

6.4 International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. Import duties, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the Customer and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on arrival. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6.5 Certain Products (e.g., those containing exotic materials, precious metals, or restricted components) may be subject to export\/import restrictions in specific countries. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that a Product may lawfully be imported into their destination country. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be lawfully shipped to a given destination.

6.6 Title to the Products does not pass until full payment (including any applicable duties collected by us at checkout, if offered) has been received. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n 7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n 7.1 All sales are final. Ilakh's Products are limited-edition, individually numbered collectible items, each accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, and are produced and sold in strictly limited quantities. Given this exclusivity and the collectible nature of the Products, Ilakh does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, sizing of any garment included with the Product, or personal preference.

7.2 We encourage Customers to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images before completing a purchase, and to contact us at info@ilakh.com with any questions prior to ordering.

7.3 Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
\u2013 (a) the Product arrives damaged in transit; or
\u2013 (b) the Product is confirmed lost in shipping by the carrier.

In either case, the Customer must notify us at info@ilakh.com within 48 hours of the delivery date for damaged items (or within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for lost shipments), providing their order number and, for damaged items, photographic evidence of the damage to the box, t-shirt, gold piece, collectible card, Certificate of Authenticity, and outer packaging as received. Claims will be verified with our shipping partner (FedEx) before a refund is issued.

7.4 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7\u201310 business days of our confirmation of the claim; given the numbered and non-replaceable nature of each Product, we are unable to offer a like-for-like replacement in most cases.

7.5 Nothing in this clause affects any statutory right you may have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, or, where applicable to international Customers, any mandatory consumer protection right in your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n 8.1 Products are sold without any warranty from Ilakh, express or implied, beyond what is mandatorily required under UAE law. Where a Product carries a manufacturer's international warranty, that warranty (if any) is provided solely by the relevant manufacturer, and any claims under it must be directed to the manufacturer or its authorised service centres in accordance with the manufacturer's own terms.

8.2 Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other applicable mandatory law. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n All content on the Site \u2014 including logos, images, designs, and text \u2014 is the property of Ilakh or its licensors and is protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and international IP law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Ilakh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Products. \n These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of Dubai.

This applies equally to international Customers: by placing an order, you agree that any dispute will be resolved under UAE law and before the onshore courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country that cannot be waived by contract. <\/p>\n \n \n\n\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
